I have listed down few food articles which would not only keep you looking young and give you a radiant complexion, but they will also improve your health and allow your body and skin to heal faster.
Pomegranates
Pomegranates have been known to be the most strongest natural antioxidants, as they contain several nutritious vitamins and minerals. This fruit is extremely advantageous for glowing skin, along with many added health benefits. It's loaded with vitamin B, C, calcium and phosphorous. Drinking the fruit’s juice is also beneficial to your heart, as it prevents artery clogging.
